Funds

Nothing.

Not to be short, but that is the answer. Your funds will remain available for your use at any time.

If for some reason we need to return funds to you we will refund the payment method on file. Should that process fail, we will do everything in our power to contact you.

We recommend adding enough funds to cover your postage needs for a reasonable amount of time (30 days). Adding to much results in you not having the use of your funds.

We do not pay interest, or charge any fees for you to store money towards your future postage purchase

You may request a refund of any unused funds at any time. Simply navigate to the Your Subscription tab, scroll to the bottom and click the red "Cancel Account and..." button.

Refunds will be issued to the last payment method on file.

Should you cancel your account or request a refund, Orange Mailer reserves the right to charge a 3% fee (minimum $1) to any remaining balance. Remaining funds will returned to the last used credit card(s). Should the refund be declined by your issuer, Orange Mailer will contact you via email to determine the correct address to mail a check.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Postage Due
The US Postal Service has been building out new computerized scanning systems to help ensure that underpaid mail does not get thru the system.

As of September 1, 2020 our fully automated system receives near live updates to trigger payment from account balances for any postage that is due.

This happens when a mailing is over weight, sent from a different zone, or the package size differs from what was entered

Going forward, postage that is due will be automatically withdrawn from your account balance, and/or your card on file. When this happens, your History will be updated, and all information made available to the various Reports.
